John Soenksen has over 25 years of experience in financial roles in large multinational firms as well as small and midsize private and public companies in the technology and manufacturing sector. He currently serves as the General Auditor for Tyco International. Prior to joining Tyco, John served as the Chief Financial Officer for GXS where he was responsible for all aspects of finance, accounting and tax, as well as interacting with investors, bondholders and creditors. Prior to GXS, John served first as Controller and then CFO for Multilink Technologies. As Controller John was active in supporting the company’s successful initial public offering and as CFO helped lead the sale of the company. Prior to Multilink, John held various roles at Schindler Elevator, SAP and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Soenksen holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from Muskingum College, and is a CPA.
